Mail from past weeks

Time flies again faster than I can realize. In case somebody wonders where I am, as haven't been posting to groups lately (nor reading my emails..) I have been writing my thesis. Sometimes I even get digged so deep into it that don't know what's the time and work past 6pm! I never could imagine that it would be possible, but it's good because I got only 2 days+weekends (when I try to have free time) to do the thsesis and other 3 days goes at work. Speaking of which by the way these days it's the place where I collect peas in my nose, as we say in Finland...
Anyhow, lets change to happier subject: May I present you the mails from past two weeks:

A bunch of beauties from my Dear German swapper:

Lovely selection from my Dear French swapper:

Beautiful set from Dear swapper from Croatia...:

...She also sent me homer fb! It has really taken it's time to travel around the world. The homer is made in January 2007 by my Dear Swedish friend and it has travelled: Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Finland, Norway, Japan, Germany, Greece, Spain, France and Croatia. Many warm thanks for the kind returner, maker and all the signers! :)

This huge bunch of beauties came from my Dear Finnish swapper...:

...Along with THREE, yes 3, homers! The Cinderella one is made by myself via TQA in 2007 and it has travelled: Iceland, Netherlands, UK, France, Belgium, Portugal, Spain and Finland. The Vintage one is made via NQB in 2006 by my Dear German swapper and it has travelled: Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland, Japan, USA, New Zealand, Spain, Austria, Croatia, Ukraine and Finland. The mail from past week

This week was a homer week! :) I received two deco homer after a while and also few homer fbs. Unfortunately I have been rather lazy photographer lately and have pics only of the fb homers... But here's what I got this week:

Pile of lovely excess fbs from UK:

Lovely private swap from my Dear Italian swapper:

Tinkerbell homer. It's made via NQB by fellow swapper from Trinidad and it has travelled: USA, Finland, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Croatia, Sweden and Denmark. Returned by lovely Danish lady. Warm thank you for the kind returner, maker and all the signers! :)

The another homer is also made via group by one of my Dear Finnish friends and it has traveled: Germany, Netherlands, France and Finland. Returned by lovely Finnish lady. Many warm thanks for the kind returner, maker and all the signers!!! :)

Thank you Ladies!!! :)

Today I had a nice couple of hours crafting (and blabbling) time with my friend. She's getting married soon and we decorated the front page of their visitor book. Again I noticed how wonderful tool Quickutz squueze is (my friend loves it too!). We got the letters just as she wanted and have to say that the result looks great. :)

Last weeks mail and fbs I made during August

Hi!

Duh. The weekend came and it went and I got nothing done. Okay I did dyed some yarn and cleaned the house, but not much else. I think it was the cleaning which took all the juices off. I hate it and this time it took hours as I had piled and piled chores waiting.
So here's finally what I got from mail last week:

Beautiful pile of est. fbs via group swap from Germany:

Brilliant swap from my Dear swapper in Croatia:

Also I haven't showed yet the group swap fbs which I made during August. Here they are:

All for her fbs via NQB:

House Mouse fbs via NQB:

Baby girl fbs via NQB:

All for her fbs via TQA:

I'm fairly pleased for the fbs this time. It was also fun to make them. Just a pity that I'll have to keep a break of crafting for a while. It was funny though to stay weekend at home and not to craft at all! I haven't done that for a long time.

Incoming mail from last week and today

Hi!

Last week I received this wonderful private swap from my Dear Finnish friend:

Today I received two more fat envelopes from her containing this awesome supply swap:

THIS was the sugar in the swap! I just <3 Chip&Dale! :) BIG kiitos my lovely friend!

Now, I should keep break from crafting and finish up with my studies. But maybe I can craft little bit during the next weekend with my new supplies, can't I? :) Just to relax a bit. Seriously speaking the break is from group swaps, as I do not wish to have any extra stress at the moment to accomplishing swaps before deadlines. I will handle private swaps and make few fbs every now and then. Though have to admit that knitting is #2 hobby (after riding) at the moment. It's so easy to pick the needles and ball of yarn to train or knit while watching telly.
Anyhow this autumn I'll continue my computer science studies (stressy!), finish up the Master Thesis (bit stressy) and have to manage work (HUGE stress) on three days/week. I really should finish up my studies now as it's the last year of my study right. I could get easily +2 years, but it would be insane due to the work situation.
I try to read your blogs as often as before, but please don't expect many blog updates from me. Though I'll save one post for the later of the week. :)

Incoming mail from the past weeks

As you can see from the amout of received mail from the past two weeks I haven't been actively crafting/swapping lately. I have lost my mojo a little bit, but also I think loosing it is due to time problems and so the deadlines are a curse at the moment. I'll need to finish up my studies during the next semester, so I've decided a keep little break of two months. Surely i'll be swappping during to it, but not crafting. I think that after a while I'll start miss crafting again.

Anyhow, last weekend I had some fun crafty moments due to this gorgeous supply swap which arrived from The Netherlands. :) (so here's the reason not posting anything here last weekend, I rather sat using these. :))

These wonderful House Mouse fbs arrived via group swap from Germany:

And these beauties came from my Dear swapper from Croatia:

Thank you very much Ladies! :)
